Up until age 29, I was an active, lean & presumably healthy guy.
Then in 2019, I found myself in a hospital for 5 days after doing 10 pushups.
And so began a 2-year battle with a life-threatening autoimmune muscle disease that was destroying my muscles.
When the Doctors told me there was no treatment or cure, I had to fix myself.
But, before I could, I had to spend 2 years learning everything about how to reverse decades of damage from living an unhealthy lifestyle.
And then I had to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.
So, I started rebuilding my health in early 2021.
And the results were pretty phenomenal.
In just 6 months I could finally walk more than 30 minutes.
And in 12 months I competed in my first Ironman 70.3 Triathlon. Something that Doctors said I would never be able to do.
